In a culture guided by shiny, life-promising distractions, “enough” seems elusive and keeps us chasing the next quick fix. What if the Giver of Life offered freedom from this downward spiral; would you take it? 
In shiny gods, we seek to reassess priorities to create a culture and lifestyle of giving, based on the Bible and Christ’s example.  If we put God before everything else in our lives—possessions, gadgets, houses, cars, careers, busy schedules, even before family and friends, we might find that we can joyfully work and produce and contribute to God’s work in the world.  This giving should flow out of gratitude to the Giver.
